Delivery and Return
Delivery Policy
We do the same day delivery for the selected London areas. We usually take 30 minutes to 2 hrs for each order placed. We deliver to the flowing address:
• East London E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, E7, E8, E9, E10, E11, E12, E13, E14, E15, E16, E17, E18)
• Central London: All postcode covered.
• West London: W1A, W1B, W1C, W1D, W1F, W1G, W1H, W1J, W1K, W1S, W1T, W1U, W1W, W2, W3, W4, W5, W6, W7, W8, W9, W10, W11, W12, W13, W14 and also all west London area.
• North London: N1, N1C, N1P, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6, N7, N8, N9, N10, N11, N12, N13, N14, N15, N16, N17, N18, N19, N20, N21, N22, N81 and also all north London area.
• South London: SW1A, SW1E, SW1H, SW1P, SW1V, SW1W, SW1X, SW1Y, SW2, SW3, SW4, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8, SW9, SW10, SW11, SW12, SW13, SW14, SW15, SW16, SW17, SW18, SW19, SW20 and also all south London area.
We deliver the goods also on the night time. And for each order the delivery charge will be 9.49 & is never free unless a coupon code. We cannot guarantee the exact time for the delivery for the road situations.
Geographically we make deliveries to London. Sadly we are unable to deliver to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Channel Isles, Shetland and Scottish Isles or the Republic of Ireland.
We aim to be as flexible as possible, but please do advise us should you have any special delivery requirements or will not be in when delivery will be made, please wait until the end of the estimated delivery above before contacting as – as usually the parcel will still be in transit to you, if after the aforementioned period you still have not received your goods, please do get in touch with us and we will help you to rectify the issue.
Returns
Despite our best efforts if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide a no quibble returns policy for any items returned, un-opened & undamaged, within 14 days – please contact our customer care team to assist you with anything on:
sales@alcoholforyou247.co.uk (Please include your Order Number in the Subject of the email)All credits are made to the credit or debit card used to make original payment. Returns will be dealt with on a case by case so please contact us with any issues.
Breakages
While we try our absolute best to get your bottle to you in 1 piece, we understand that occasionally the odd bottle here & there may break in transit. As we triy to do live delivery so, it is the responsibilities of the customer to check the bottles when the driver is outside of the door. And if they found any issue please raise the issue to the driver then he will solve the issue instant by calling to our driver support department. Coupons & Offers
Due to the nature and rarity of some of our products, coupon codes cannot be applied to Limited Editions. We also have restrictions on basket amounts for our Ltd editions, if you have any queries or would like to order these items please email us at sales@alcoholforyou247.co.uk We reserve the right to withdraw any offers and coupon codes we may have at our own discretion. Coupon codes are 1 use per customer unless otherwise stated, coupon codes cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer or coupon code. Mix & Match – Available where specified on the product or category – these offers are not valid with any other coupon or offer (coupon codes will still apply however the mix and match discount will be removed). Not valid on already discounted products (if a discounted product is selected it will remove the product discount and apply the Mix & Match discount).
Environment & Sustainability
Our promise, where possible, whilst keeping your bottles safe – is to provide you with as eco-friendly packaging as we can. Taking this eco mindedness further we ONLY print our flyers & in parcel marketing from already recycled card stock (for 1 the finish is pretty great – and 2 every little helps to becoming a carbon neutral company). You can also recycle your bottles after use as well – or up-cycle some of the cooler ones into household items from lamps to decorative features & vases.
